A: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track it from your account page.

2. Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: At Valhalla Farms Wellness LLC, we take great pride in crafting high-quality, organic herbal products with care and integrity. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Why?
Since our products are consumable and made to ensure purity and safety, we cannot restock or resell returned items. Additionally, there is no way to verify the condition of a returned product, which could compromise the quality standards we uphold for all customers.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at curry0311@valhallafarmswestflorida.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work with you to find a resolution.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase before processing begins. Once an order has been packed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
