- USPS Priority Mail Express: Next-day or 2-day guaranteed delivery, available for faster shipping.
Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as weather, carrier delays, or high shipping volumes.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, shipping method, and destination. You will see the total shipping cost before completing your purchase.
Delivery Locations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the USPS website or app.
Shipping Delays and Issues
While we aim to ensure timely delivery, Valhalla Farms West Florida LLC is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other unforeseen circumstances. If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us at curry0311@valhallafarmswestflorida.com and we will assist in resolving the issue. Please allow sufficient time for USPS to investigate any lost packages.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Valhalla Farms West Florida LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at curry0311@valhallafarmswestflorida.com to see if we can update the address before the order is processed.
Returns and No Refund Policy
As stated in our No Refund Policy, we do not offer refunds on products due to the perishable nature of our items. However, if there is an issue with your order (e.g., damaged or incorrect product), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment, and we will work with you to resolve the matter.
